In my workshops and courses, I share my passion for visual storytelling through Urban Sketching—an artistic practice centered on telling the stories of urban places through direct observation. Rooted in observational drawing and painting, it extends far beyond traditional art disciplines, embracing a wide range of approaches without rigid boundaries.
Urban Sketching courses are much more than traditional drawing and painting classes. While we explore many of the principles and concepts of art, our primary goal is to learn how to tell stories. We learn to observe the world with curious eyes, like lifelong travelers, to document meaningful moments like field reporters, and to appreciate fleeting experiences like poets.
